MISSION is to offer safe housing and supportive services to sex trafficking survivors, empowering them to move forward with hope and dignity. VALUES: HOPE. COMMUNITY. EXCELLENCE. TRUTH. PERSEVERANCE. SAFETY. UNITY

Our Story

Following Megan’s exit in 2012, and as her healing progressed, Megan felt compelled to begin sharing her experience of being lured and trapped in the commercial sex industry. As she began speaking, Megan quickly realized that she was not the only young woman that was at-risk for or had previously experienced commercial sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. What she found as she began to share her story in her home town was that very few agencies were aware that these crimes were occurring in their community, and even fewer felt equipped to serve the complex needs of survivors like her.In 2014, Free Our Girls was founded and the organization began delivering their Human Trafficking Awareness, Prevention & Response Training, the curriculum that was used to train most northern Colorado agencies, organizations, and community groups prior to the Colorado Human Trafficking Council’s statewide standardized curriculum was released in 2017. After hosting the first and second annual Human Trafficking Awareness Weeks at the University of Northern Colorado, and extensively training the region, service provider referrals began to come in with requests for mentorship, referrals, legal services, mental and physical health care, housing, and employment for victims and survivors now being identified in the area.Beginning in 2017, Free Our Girls began offering direct services to at-risk and exploited women and girls in northern Colorado, and the organization accomplished a wide variety of achievements, including serving over 40 exploited women and girls locally and sending care packages out to 45 actively exploited women across the US. About Us

Our vision is for every child, in every country,
to be safe and free from trafficking and exploitation
We want to thank you for stopping by and visiting Project Rescue Children. The thought of children being sexually exploited is too much for us to think about but it is a conversation we need to have. Awareness and dialogue is the first step to eradicating this abhorrent crime and keeping our children safe.
Project Rescue Children (PRC) is an organisation dedicated to abolishing child trafficking across the world through rescue, aftercare and awareness.
PRC is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission and is endorsed by the Australian Tax Office as Deductible Gift Recipient. Our international headquarters is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.
PRC is a company limited by guarantee governed by a Board of Directors and is run on a 100% volunteer basis. PRC relies solely on the generous support of donors to continue to serve communities in our effort to rescue and rehabilitate children at the same time apprehend and prosecute abusers.
Founded in 2015 by Adam Whittington of Child Abduction Recovery International (CARI), Project Rescue Children is operational in Cambodia, Kenya and Romania with further expansions on the horizon. PRC is dedicated to the rescue and after care of trafficked children but also want to raise awareness and educate children and the wider community on human trafficking and slavery and how children can be vulnerable to be lured into this industry.
Project Rescue Children is a 100% volunteer based charity and relies solely on donations to be able to carry out our operations to support children that have been exploited through child trafficking.
We wanted to make a massive difference in these children’s lives, not by starting just another charity with all the bells and whistles, but by getting on the front line, coming face to face with paedophiles, traffickers and pimps. We want to make the world a better place for every child, a safer environment for them to grow and thrive, away from the hands of predators desperate to take away their innocence and freedom. At PRC we strongly believe this is the only way to really make a difference in a child’s life who are being abused, neglected and trapped as a sex slave. You may choose to look the other way, but you can NEVER again say, you did not know!

Our Founder, Chris Hadnagy, in connection with work that he was doing for his company Social-Engineer, LLC, had the opportunity to work on a few cases that helped track and capture predators who trafficked and exploited children.  Some of these cases hit him very hard.  He saw the impact that these crimes had on innocent people, and he wanted to do something about it.

Chris is a leader in the information security community, and this community has nearly limitless talents and abilities to locate people anywhere they hide. Chris knew with additional resources he could help many more victims. In addition to his resources in the technology and social engineering industries, he assembled a group that includes Neil Fallon, lead singer of the rock band Clutch and Tim Maloney, a lawyer experienced in forming and representing non-profits and technology based businesses. What they all had in common was a desire to use their unique talents and networks to address these problems and prevent crimes against future victims.
